المميزات التي أنفرد بها أمير المؤمنين (عليه السلام) كثيرة جداً دنيوياً وأخروياً. بل من الممكن القول أنه أنفرد بكل مميزاته وعالي بكل أوصافه. وأن كانت هذه الاوصاف موجودة عند البشر إلا أنه بالنسبة إلى مرتبته لا يماثله فيها أحد. وخاصة إذا قصدنا مرتبة الكمال الحاصل عليها في أي حقل من حقول المعرفة بإزاء الأشخاص الآخرين غير شخص رسول الله (صلى الله عليه واله) فأن تلك المزّية من الكمال هي أرقى من الجميع وقد أنفرد بها أميرالمؤمنين (عليه السلام).
